Nicolas Hazard is a French entrepreneur.

He created and leads INCO, a group present in 35 countries whose mission is to be a reference accelerator for all startups with social and environmental impact, at all stages of their development.

Nicolas also created INCO US, a social enterprise based in Texas. Objective: to develop French social know-how in the United States, particularly through the creation of integration companies.

Nicolas Hazard also organizes Impact2, a world-leading event of the new economy, which brings together nearly 1,500 economic and political decision-makers from 50 countries at the Paris City Hall.

He is the author of "Capitalism for all, 20 companies that change the world" (Edit the World, 2013), "The company of the 21st century will be social or will not be" (Rue de l'Echiquier, 2012) . And of "Call to the world guerilla" (Debates Publics, 2019). He has contributed regularly to the newspaper Le Monde, through a monthly column on the start-ups of the economy of tomorrow, as well as in the Guardian and the Stanford Social Innovation Review.

Nicolas is a graduate of HEC and Sciences-Po Paris. He was elected in 2015 "Young Global Leader" by the World Economic Forum and is winner of the Montgolfier Prize (Committee of Economic Arts). In addition, he was elected Young Global Leader by the French American Foundation in 2016 and Franco British in 2017.
