Églantine Éméyé studied economics and finance, then made a modeling career for the Ford agency for five years.

She becomes a weather presenter on Canal + in 1999, then she joins the team of Nulle Part Ailleurs by Alexandre Devoise, for a cultural column. In 2001, she joined France 2 where she co-hosts the show Fallait y penser. From 2003 to 2006 she presents, along with Jérôme Bonaldi, the scientific magazine of France 2 Savoir plus Sciences, the new name of We tell you why. In 2006, she presented the short program Question of mobility broadcast after the television news of 20h on France 2.

From September 2006 to December 31, 2008, she presents Chic, the daily magazine of trends, fashion, and the art of living on Arte.

In 2007, she co-hosts various programs in the first part of the evening on TF1 with Benjamin Castaldi, Jean-Pierre Pernaut and Julien Courbet, including the Kings of the D system, Le Monde upside down, Highway Code: pass it on live , and The 10 Commandments of your vacation.

In September 2008, she left TF1 and participated in the new program Maximum Service Julien Courbet on France 2 until February 6, 2009, when the show stops after hearings deemed insufficient. It now presents the show Allô Rufo, with the child psychiatrist Marcel Rufo, from Monday to Friday at 10:05 on France 5, after the show Les Maternelles.

Églantine Éméyé created the association Pas à Pas Paris, an association that allows listening to families of people with autism.

On France 5, it presents from August 31, 2009 to December 14, 2014, the magazine Allô Rufo, with child psychiatrist Marcel Rufo, from Monday to Friday at 10 am, after the show Les Maternelles. In parallel, she hosts punctual programs on the cable and web channels: Instant Design on Stylia; EDF team on the EDF web TV. On France 4, she was a columnist for a month, in December 2010, in the show Touche pas à mon poste! animated by Cyril Hanouna. She is one of the Telethon hosts in December.

From June 7, 2012 and throughout the summer of 2012, she presents on France 5, a documentary series consisting of six 52-minute episodes entitled 200 km to the round in which five families agree to live an ecological experience by consuming only food produced within 200 km of their home. In parallel, she presents Revise your bac first! from May 2012 on the ephemeral channel Campus Bac de Canal +.

During the 2012-2013 season, on France 5, she is Alessandra Sublet's substitute for the presentation of C magazine to you, broadcast at 19h.

From April 27, 2014, every Sunday at 13:50 on France 3, she runs Jour de brocante, a 70-minute magazine devoted exclusively to flea markets. In the spring of 2015, the channel decided not to renew the show at the beginning of September.

On the radio, in September 2014, she copied the chronicle House, garden, kitchen, flea market in the morning of the weekend on RTL alongside Bernard Poirette.

From the end of August 2015 to June 2017, she holds the chronicle "Animals and Nature" in the daily broadcast Midi en France presented by Vincent Ferniot on France 3.

From October 29, 2016, she runs every Saturday at 17:15 on France 3, the game of general knowledge Find the intruder, produced by Nagui, replacing the game Nobody had thought! animated by Cyril Féraud.

Since 2016, in replacement of Virginie Guilhaume, Églantine Éméyé co-presents on France 2 with Frédéric Lopez (until December 2018), then with Raphaël de Casabianca (from March 2019) the launch pad of Rendez-vous in unknown land, then Return to unknown land broadcast after the first part of the evening. The show, live and with the public, allows to return on the experience lived by the celebrity also present on the set.

In November 2017, Églantine Éméyé presents, on Friday on France 3, Who will take the next ?, a show in four episodes in which six artisans in France, aged from 30 to 52 years (cabinet maker, potter, cheese producer, confectioner, luthier and master glassmaker) are looking for successors.

From February 12, 2018, replacing Myriam Bounafaa, she co-presents with Jamy Gourmaud the science popularization magazine Le Monde de Jamy broadcast in the first part of the evening on France 3.
